Operators first. Owners for the long run.
LMN Capital Holdings was founded by three operators — Jacob Logsdon, Garrett Moorer, and Kade Northrip, whose initials give the firm its name — who spent their careers on different sides of the same problem: making companies run better. Rather than keep doing that for someone else's balance sheet, we decided to do it for our own.
We're not a private equity fund. We have no limited partners waiting on a return by a date certain — just three operators buying businesses we intend to hold for the long term, starting with one, backed by our own capital and our own time.

Kade Northrip
He has spent a decade leading operations across industrial manufacturing, aerospace chemicals, and heavy equipment. Most recently he served as Senior Director of North American Operations at Socomore, responsible for production, supply chain, logistics, quality, safety, industrialization, and IT across the region. Earlier roles included running a major parts distribution operation for Warren CAT, leading supply chain and planning at Franklin Electric, and building global planning systems at Weir Minerals.
The work has been consistent throughout: take a company where people are working hard and getting less out of it than they should, rebuild the planning and accountability underneath them, and leave behind systems and a team that keep running without him.
Kade holds a supply chain degree from Texas Tech University and lives in the Fort Worth area.
Jacob "Jake" Logsdon
Jake leads the commercial side — sales strategy, pricing and positioning, and building the kind of sales function most owner-operated businesses never had the time to build.
He is a regional sales leader at Cascade Financial Services, where he directs strategy and business development across seven states in the Southwest and develops the field sales team. Before that he spent several years in residential and manufactured housing lending, working directly with builders, dealers, and retailers across Texas and the surrounding states.
Two parts of that background matter here. He has spent his career selling to owner-operators — family businesses, people whose name is on the sign — and he understands how those decisions actually get made. And he came up in lending, so he knows what a lender needs to see and where transactions tend to fall apart. That's a meaningful part of why we're confident we can close.
Jake holds a finance degree from Texas Tech University and lives in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Garrett Moorer
Placeholder copy, to be replaced:
Garrett leads the financial side, from diligence through ownership — financial review, accounting integrity, cost structure, and tax planning.
In diligence he is the one pressure-testing the quality of earnings. After close, he is the reason the business gets a real monthly close and a real set of numbers to manage from, often for the first time in its history.
What this looks like in practice
Depending on the deal, that might mean one of us steps out of his career to run the business full time — or it might mean all three of us stay in our careers and run it together, hands-on. Either way, there's a partner accountable inside the company, not a fund watching from the outside, and nobody collecting a management fee for sitting on the sidelines.
We each have our own money in this. That tends to focus the mind.
